SVP Sari Helander, the Head of Logistics Solution and member of Executive Board at Posti Group, will leave Posti moving to new challenges outside the Group. Helander has acted as CFO of Posti Group since 2011 and since 2018 as a responsible SVP of Posti´s logistics business.
- As a Chief Financial Officer, Sari was successfully renewing Posti and its strategy in the midst of a harsh postal turmoil. She played a key role in maintaining the Group´s profitability and improving cost efficiency. As a Head of Logistics Solutions, she successfully combined the logistics operations of Posti and Transval. I would like to thank her for his long-term partnership in the management of the Group and for her outstanding contribution for the Posti. I wish her the greatest success in the coming years, says Heikki Malinen, CEO of Posti Group.

The CEO Heikki Malinen will take over the position of acting Head of Logistics Solutions as of today.
According to Malinen, Posti must continue its determined renewal in order to meet much better the needs of the markets. Posti´s strategic goal is to seek profitable growth from its core business, especially in parcels, e-commerce and logistics services. Due to tough competition this goal requires increasing competitiveness to a new level, improving further the customer experience, investments in new technology and increasing significantly cost efficiency in all businesses. At the same time Posti will streamline its business structure according to the new operating model.
