Posti Group Corporation has completed the divestment of OpusCapita Solutions Oy, its fully owned subsidiary, to a fund managed by Providence Equity Partners L.L.C (Providence) on 31 March 2019. The acquisition was announced on March 8, 2019 and closing of the transaction was subject to approval by Germany´s Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt). The approval has now been received and the transaction is completed.
